SHIPPING POLICY Processing Time

All Ark and Sky products are made to order. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours of purchase and typically take 2–5 business days to produce. 

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. 

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Most domestic orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can use that to follow your package all the way to your door. 

Delays
