RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because every Ark and Sky item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us at support@arkandsky.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items only. Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we cannot cancel.
